Brief Overview:

DM was formed in 2007 with offices in Limerick and Bantry, Ireland, providing financial reporting services – primarily IFRS reporting to investment funds. Over the following years, our reporting services expanded – incorporating US GAAP and other GAAP reporting – to meet the evolving needs and demands of our clients.

In 2012, DM enhanced our core service lines adding specialised management accounting, corporate secretarial and taxation compliance services. Our footprint expanded to Asia in 2015 when we opened our Singapore office. In 2018, DM developed a cross-jurisdictional liquidation service for investment funds and SPV’s.

Early in 2021, DM entered the Cayman Islands market establishing our George Town office. And in mid-2021 growth investor Synova partnered with the DM team accelerating our expansion. October 2022 saw DM partner with Solutional in the Netherlands welcoming 35 additional employees to the team and broadening our service offerings to include internal audit, regulatory compliance, and consultancy. In January 2023, we opened our Bulgarian office in Sofia, adding a specialist team dedicated to supporting clients’ financial and regulatory reporting requirements.

As an independent financial services company, DM’s headquarters remain in Ireland with offices in Singapore, the Netherlands, the UK, Bulgaria, and the Cayman Islands.
